健康食油
Sunflower oil is a polyunsaturated fat, a good choice for the health-conscious eaters. Avoid blended oils, which may contain coconut or palm oil, both high in saturated fatty acids.
Corn oils, made from the sweetcorn plant or maize, is among the oils containing polyunsaturated fatty acids, desirable in the diets. Safflower and Soya bean oil are others.
除了葵花籽油(Sunflower Oil)、粟米油(Corn Oil)之外,花生油(Ground Nut Oil)、紅花油(Safflower Oil)和大豆油(Soya Bean Oil)亦是屬于植物油種類(Vegetable Oil)。
植物油是屬于未完全飽和脂肪(polyunsaturated fat),對于注重健康(health-conscious)飲食的人士就最適合不過。
貯存油的地方絕不能有異味,因為油易于吸收異味。亦不能存放在有光?直接照射的地方。因為溫度高會破壞油的結(jié)晶,便會失去油原有的特性。
