英國(guó)人叫這一招做take the bull by the horns(抓著公牛雙角)。
由十九世紀(jì)末開(kāi)始,英國(guó)人常常用take the bull by the horns這句話來(lái)比喻「不畏懼、不退縮,毅然著手處理困難或危險(xiǎn)事情」,例如:
Harassed by a high rate of inflation, the Chinese government announced that it would take the bull by the horns and adopt stringent measures to cool down the economy.
