寫簡歷的時(shí)候要注意表現(xiàn)自己的一些能力,尤其要突出與所應(yīng)聘的工作相關(guān)的一些能力以及適應(yīng)能力。下面是簡歷中常常要突出的三種能力:
1.Job-related: These are relevant to a specific job. Forexample, an accountant's job-related skills might include financialplanning (計(jì)劃編制), budgeting (預(yù)算) and financial reporting (財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表).
2.Transferable (可調(diào)換的): Skills learned in one field or job thatare applicable to different ones are transferable. These skills canreflect how you deal with things (assembly, machine operation),data (research, synthesizing information) and people (instruction,management and negotiation).
3.Adaptive (有適應(yīng)能力的): These skills are the hardest to substantiate(證實(shí)) as they include personality traits (個(gè)性特點(diǎn)) and characteristicsthat determine your work style. Adaptive skills includereliability, ability to get along with colleagues, honesty andproductivity.
